Refund Policy

1. Payment Processor

All payments and refunds for ECalPro are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes all transactions, collects applicable taxes, and issues invoices and refunds on our behalf.

2. Free Tier

The ECalPro Free plan is free forever and requires no payment information. No refund applies as no charge is made.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • After cancellation, you retain full access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months, since you can cancel at any time and continue using the Service until your paid period ends.

4. Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase or renewal.
  • If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, you will receive a full refund.
  • After the 14-day window, no refunds are issued. You may still cancel, and access continues until the end of your annual billing period.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with your account email address and reason for the refund.
  2. Alternatively, contact Paddle directly through the payment receipt email you received at the time of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Plan Changes

  • Upgrades — When you upgrade from a lower tier to a higher tier, the change takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
  • Downgrades — When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan until then.

7. Service Interruption

If ECalPro experiences extended unplanned downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours, or a critical functionality failure that prevents you from using core calculation features, we may offer prorated service credits at our discretion.
